METAL processing according to customer design
Siamo un’azienda meccanica a carattere familiare di 15 persone, fondata nel 1972 dal padre Roberto, che opera in conto terzi su disegno del cliente.
Abbiamo iniziato l’attività con presse per tranciatura Lamiere di particolari metallici.
In 2015 we decided to install an automatic 2KW fiber LASER cutting machine and subsequently a CNC bending machine.
In 2020 (given the success in terms of customers/turnover) we installed a new 4KW fiber LASER CUTTING machine with AIR CUTTING and AUTOMATIC VERTICAL SHEET METAL WAREHOUSE, significantly reducing costs.
erre-pi is located in Brescia, a leading company in sheet metal cutting, sheet metal bending, fiber laser cutting and cold sheet metal stamping.
3D TOOLING AND MOLDS
We are able to design and manufacture equipment and molds according to the customer's 3D design.
We cooperate with several Italian and foreign companies and design studios also for execution of samples according to drawing.
OUR PRODUCTION
CAPACITY:
FIBER LASER CUTTING
With 2 laser machines (in new air cutting technology) + automatic sheet metal loading.
Laser cutting up to 20 mm thick. Unmanned machine can handle up to 150 quintals of raw material, even of varying thicknesses, simultaneously.
SHEET METAL BLANKING AND BENDING
Of sheet metal parts, also with automatic coil lines, with tonnage up to 250t.
THREADING
With automatic multi-threading machines for execution up to 50 threads simultaneously.
BENDING
Metal parts with 2000x60 tons CNC controlled bending machine.
WELDING AND SURFACE TREATMENTS
Externally at trusted suppliers.
